The Diamond M Equestrian Ranch
may be the most exclusive equestrian
facility and luxurious log home between
the Appalachian and Rocky Mountains.
On 480 acres, located in south central
Gregory County, the Diamond M is
truly and unbelievable site. Overlooking
the arena and the expansive prairie
sits an 11,000 sq.ft. Neville Custom log home. A site to behold, the home
features 7 beds, 7 baths, a game room, movie room, three
car heated garage, an 80’ deck and four stone
fireplaces. It was built in 2003 from Canadian Spruce
and uses geothermal energy for climate control. To top
it off, the yard landscaping is highlighted with an
outdoor pool, fireplace, numerous fountains, boulders
and custom designed horse statues. If you want the best,
here it is!
Shrouded in the banks of Blue Eyes Creek, the Diamond
M Equestrian Ranch facility boasts a 300’x100’ indoor
arena with an attached 12 stall horse barn. As the
largest arena ever constructed by Morton Buildings, it
features a sand base, cutting horse training system,
indoor heat and 9 cupolas. Attached to the arena is a
Morton 12 stall 36’x108’ horse barn built to make horse
care easier. It is equipped with waterers and feeders in each
stall, security system, office and laundry
facility. Each stall has its own outdoor
pen.
The 90’x60’ machine shed features a
concrete floor and 16’x24’ doors at each
end. Other buildings include a 30’x48’
five stall open air covered building and
a 150’x60’ hay barn.
Adjacent to the indoor arena is an outdoor-
lighted arena, 60 foot round pen with solid walls, motorized horse walking
carousel, and several smaller pens.
Meandering through the property is a
spring fed creek shaded by hundreds of
ash, elm and cottonwood trees.
Throughout the property are sucker
rod and lodge pole fences that divide
the property in to numerous grazing
pastures. Approximately 120 Acres of Hayground. Neighboring Professional Hay Producers manages current Hay Production, or do it yourself.
Wildlife also has a place on the Diamond
M with 21 acres of CRP and
other food plots. This provides habitat for several species.
Renowned
for its world class pheasant hunting, Gregory County
also boasts trophy whitetail, muledeer and merriam
turkeys. Consider the many opportunities of developing
the Diamond M into an executive hunting experience.
