Attached to the arena is a Morton 12 stall 36’x108’ horse barn built to make horse care easier. It is equipped with  waterers and feeders in each stall, security system, office and laundry facility. Each stall has its own outdoor pen. The 90’x60’ machine shed features a concrete floor and 16’x24’ doors at each end. Other buildings include a 30’x48’ five stall open air covered building and a 150’x60’ hay barn. Adjacent to the indoor arena is an outdoor- lighted arena, 60 foot round pen with solid walls, motorized horse walking carousel, and several smaller pens. Meandering through the property is a spring fed creek shaded by hundreds of ash, elm and cottonwood trees. Throughout the property are sucker rod and lodge pole fences that divide the property in to numerous grazing pastures. Approximately 120 Acres of Hayground. Neighboring Professional Hay Producers manages current Hay Production, or do it yourself. Wildlife also has a place on the Diamond M with 21 acres of CRP and other food plots. This provides habitat for several species.
